Electrolytic Nickel Squares
Plating International offers 1x1 electrolytic nickel squares. These are cut from full size cathodes produced by electrolytic refining. The controlled and consistent quality in the refining process have established electrolytic nickel squares as an industry standard for general purpose electroplating.

Nickel Crowns
Nickel crowns were specifically designed to provide an improved alternative to sheared cathode squares for use in titanium baskets. The shape of nickel crowns provide smooth flowing, easy handling properties and promotes good settling in anode baskets. Due to the low level of residuals high purity nickel continues to be the preference of platers. Having a smooth rounded form allows the nickel to introduce greater versatility in packaging compared to similar products.
Nickel D-Crowns
Nickel D-Crowns are a Sulfur-depolarized form of our high purity electrolytic nickel crowns. They were developed for those electroplaters and electro formers who have a depolarized anode product. D-Crowns add to the versatility of the company product line and the typical Sulfur content of 220 PPM allows the product to be used over a wide range of operating conditions. Metallic impurity levels are consistently low. D-Crowns are hemispherical with a base diameter of approximately 22mm. Their form provides smooth flowing and easy handling characteristics. They dissolve smoothly and settle well in titanium baskets. Packaging is designed to simplify basket filling and increase operator efficiency.
Nickel R-Rounds
Electrolytic Nickel R-Rounds are high purity form of nickel specifically designed for electroplating with titanium anode baskets. Th controlled and consistent quality and their shape and size make these ideal for electroplating in titanium anode baskets.

Nickel S-Rounds
Electrolytic Nickel S-Rounds are high purity sulfur-activated nickel specifically designed for electroplating. S-Rounds are used made for use in titanium anode baskets and used especially in chloride-free plating baths. The sulfur does not enter the plating solution, rather it forms an insoluble nickel sulfide residue which is contained using cloth anode bags which are also offered from Plating International. S-Rounds are ideally suited for high-end electroplating applications.
