Our product is available in various formulations, including low, mid, and high phosphorus content, catering to diverse application needs. Additionally, we offer composite options featuring materials such as PTFE (Teflon), Diamond, Boron Nitride, and Silicon Carbide, further enhancing the versatility and performance of our Electroless Nickel solution.

ONE PLATE 1001 – Mid Phos

Typical Density Properties:

  •   Phosphorous Content: 6-9% by Weight

  •   Hardness as plated:  550 VHN100

  •   Heat Treated @ 400°C for 1 Hr:  990 VHN100

  •   Salt Spray (ASTM-B-117): 100-120 Hrs.

  •   Stress: Slightly Tensile

  •   Magnetic Properties: Slightly Magnetic

  •   Deposition: 0.7 – 0.9 mil Per Hr.

ONE PLATE 3001 – Low Phos

Typical Density Properties:

  • Phosphorous Content: 3-5% by Weight

  • Hardness as plated: 700 VHN100

  • Heat Treated @ 400°C for 1 Hr: 1000 VHN100

  • Salt Spray (ASTM-B-117): 90-100 Hrs.

  • Stress: Compressive

  • Magnetic Properties: Magnetic

  • Deposition: 0.6-0.8 mil Per Hr.

ONE PLATE 2001 – High Phos

Typical Density Properties:

  •   Phosphorous Content : 10-13% by Weight

  •   Hardness as plated:  500 VHN100

  •   Heat Treated @ 400°C for 1 Hr:  950 VHN100

  •   Salt Spray (ASTM-B-117): 1000 Hrs.

  •   Stress: Slightly Compressive

  •   Magnetic Properties: Non-Magnetic

  •   Deposition: 0.3 – 0.5 mil Per Hr.
